Getting a custom picture for your WordPress Login Screen. I wanted to change the login page but decided I would settle for just changing the wordpress image above the login boxes. I looked around at a lot of videos on youtube and found most have plugins to get the job done. I don’t want to be giving a site to a client with a whole bunch of plugins that do stuff I should be able to with code.

My info: Do not just change the image file in the theme because this will revert on an update. Do what “Andy Potanin” said to do in his comment.
